Our program is designed for beginners with the basics and progresses to more and more advance techniques as the program moves forward.

Pastry and baking classes are offered through advanced diploma programs courses for potential bakers and pastry chefs include instruction in many techniques like baking cakes, making pastry, candy and other desserts and preparing breads. With 15 months programme (4 semesters) will incorporating all skills necessary to introduce you the art of pastry or expanding on your existing knowledge base and further your career, depending on your goals and experience level.
